Terms of Service

Effective: March 15, 2026. Last updated: October 6, 2026.

By using AskLLM at askllm.io (the "Service") operated by Hublo Technologies (trading as HUBLO.AI), you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service.

1. Definitions

"Service" means the AskLLM AI brand audit at askllm.io. "Audit Report" means the AI-generated brand analysis. "Brand Data" means the company name, category, and competitors you submit. HUBLO.AI is the trade name of Hublo Technologies, the legal entity operating the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old. You must provide accurate information when submitting an audit. One audit per company domain per 30-day period.

3. The Service

AskLLM is an AI-powered AI Brand Visibility Audit. We process your Brand Data through AI models and generate a report with an LVI score. Audit reports are for informational purposes only. They may contain inaccuracies and do not constitute professional advice. Validate with qualified professionals before material business decisions.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance or impose usage limits.

4. Acceptable Use

You may use the Service lawfully for brands you own or represent. You must not:

  • Submit brands you do not have the right to audit
  • Use the Service for defamatory or misleading comparisons
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract AI models or prompts
  • Use bots or scripts for bulk submissions
  • Circumvent rate limits or security measures
  • Resell or white-label without written agreement

Violations may result in suspension and legal liability.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, design, code, "AskLLM" and "HUBLO.AI" marks are owned by Hublo Technologies. You retain ownership of your Brand Data. By submitting, you grant a limited license to process it solely to provide your Audit Report. We do not use your data to train AI models.

6. Fees, Billing, and Taxes

AskLLM may offer a free tier, including complimentary audits or limited features, at our discretion. Free-tier use is subject to these Terms, acceptable-use limits, and any caps shown in the product.

Paid purchases, whether one-time or subscription, are optional. Fees, taxes, billing cycle, and plan details are shown at checkout before you confirm payment.

  • Customers outside India are charged in United States dollars (USD). Customers in India are charged in Indian rupees (INR). The currency shown at checkout is the currency Razorpay charges. If your card uses another currency, your bank sets the conversion. We do not cover that difference on a charge or a refund.
  • For India, checkout shows whether GST is included. Hublo Technologies is GST-registered. A tax invoice shows our GSTIN and the applicable SAC code for that transaction. Ask your tax adviser about deductibility.
  • Subscriptions renew as disclosed at checkout unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel in your account or by contacting grievance [at] askllm.io. The Refund and Cancellation Policy is at askllm.io/refunds.

We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice. Continued use after a disclosed change constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

7. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited ("Razorpay"), a licensed payment aggregator. By paying, you also agree to Razorpay's terms and privacy policy: razorpay.com/terms · razorpay.com/privacy.

We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Card and payment instrument data is handled only inside Razorpay's PCI DSS Level 1 environment.

8. Payment Failure and Suspension

If a payment fails at checkout, no charge is completed until the payment succeeds.

For subscription plans: if a renewal payment fails, we may retry for a short period and may suspend paid access until payment succeeds. You will be notified where we have your contact details. Suspension does not erase your account; you may restore access by updating your payment method where available.

9. Refunds, Chargebacks, and Cancellations

The Refund and Cancellation Policy, including chargebacks, eligible cases, timelines, and how to claim, is at askllm.io/refunds. That policy is part of these Terms. In short:

  • You may request a full refund of a plan charge within 2 calendar days of payment capture. After that, that charge is not refunded, except for a technical failure, a duplicate charge, or a gateway error, or where the law requires a refund.
  • Once an audit report is shown or emailed, that report is treated as delivered. A refund does not remove a report you already received.
  • Approved refunds go back to the original payment method where possible, in the currency charged.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT AUDIT REPORTS WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR FIT FOR ANY PURPOSE. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HUBLO TECHNOLOGIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OPPORTUNITIES; OR DAMAGES FROM RELIANCE ON AI REPORTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNT PAID IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) INR 5,000 / USD 100.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Hublo Technologies from claims arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or submission of Brand Data that harms third parties.

13. Third-Party Services

We use OpenAI and Google (Gemini) for audit LLM APIs, plus Supabase, Razorpay, and other providers. Your use is also subject to their terms. We are not responsible for their practices.

14. Modifications

We may modify the Service or these Terms. Material changes will be posted at askllm.io/terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law and Grievance Officer

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. For grievances, contact grievance [at] askllm.io. Complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 30 days where that rule applies. Seek an informal resolution first. Unresolved disputes may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Subject to applicable law, courts at Pune, Maharashtra, India have jurisdiction.
